With over 20 years of experience in Public Utilities Law, Mr. Armstrong represents counties, municipalities and special districts in utilities and acquisition/divestiture matters. Prior to joining the firm of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson, Brian was Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Florida’s largest water utility, Florida Water Services Corporation. He is active in our community, currently serving as the President of the Tallahassee Lions Club and on the Habitat for Humanity family selection committee. He was the former President of WOLFPAC Performing Arts Council.

Bryan Desloge was elected to the Leon County Board of Commissioners in November, 2006. Commissioner Desloge is the President of Desloge Home Oxygen & Medical Equipment. Commissioner Desloge served as the 2006 Chairman of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the executive board of the Senior Center Foundation, Southeast Community Blood Center, and many others.

Allan Katz, first appointed to the Tallahassee City Commission in May of 2002, is the Policy Practice Group Leader at the national level of Akerman Senterfitt, one of the largest law firms in the state of Florida. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Katz was Assistant Insurance Commissioner and Legislative Director for Congressman David Obey. He serves on the Rules and Bylaws Committee of the Democratic National Committee.

Mr. Williams’ career at Marpan, his family’s service and supply business, began as a part time employee in 1968. He has served as President of the company since 1985. As an owner/developer of commercial real estate, he is managing partner of the Heritage at Commonwealth, Hamilton Industrial Park and Commerce Industrial Center. Mr Williams is also currently a Board member of Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, Capital Health Partnership, Capital City Bank, The Center for Performing Arts and Education, and Chair Elect of the Economic Development Council.
